JACKSON, Miss. -- A 42-year-old Louisville, Miss., man is in jail, charged with molesting two teenagers, Attorney General Jim Hood said.
Bryan Thomas was arrested Tuesday by the Vulnerable Adults Unit of the attorney general's office following a report and request for assistance from the Winston County Sheriff's Office, Hood said. Thomas is charged with two counts of gratification of lust.
Thomas is accused of molesting or fondling two 17-year-old girls, Hood said. Both girls are mentally disabled and, therefore fit the legal description of a vulnerable adult, Hood said.
A court date has not yet been set, but if convicted, Thomas faces two to 15 years in prison and a $1,000 to $5,000 fine.
Thomas was being held Wednesday at the Winston County Jail.
