A Plant City man is accused of breaking into his pregnant neighbor's home wearing only a T-shirt and women's panties.

Benancia Ramirez, 22, slipped into his neighbor's home through an unlocked back door Saturday night, according to a Hillsborough County sheriff's report.

The victim was sleeping beside her husband and children, the report said, when she awoke to find someone rubbing her.

Once she realized it wasn't her husband, she told him to stop.

That's when her husband awoke, causing the intruder to flee.

The couple, who identified the intruder as their neighbor, called police.

Ramirez faces a charge of burglary and aggravated battery on a pregnant female.

He remained in the Orient Road Jail on Sunday with no bail.

Dude's MORE than creepy---I'm glad he's not my neighbor. Of course, you've got to get through my dogs, ADT, and my dogs again before I resort to my OTHER home defense system... Fortunately, no one has ever required me to utilize it. Good thing, too. Buckshot creates a hell of a cleanup situation.

Really, that's just awful and sickening. But her husband was home and her children!! What the hell was in his head? Was he wanting a threesome? And he wasn't polite enough to ask first?

If I had been her husband, he'd be dead now. Although, if it just me alone he'd be dead now. My 9mm sleeps with me. And we live in an awesome beautiful neighborhood filled with mostly elderly people, but once a crazy man tries to kill you, you learn it can happen anywhere.
