HAMILTON — A father accused of felony child endangerment of his seven-week-old daughter was released on a $50,000 bond late Thursday morning, Dec. 11.
Eric Wilder, 28, of 303 Miami St., was arraigned via video in Butler County Area III Court in West Chester Twp. before his release from the Butler County Jail at 11:22 a.m. Thursday.
A preliminary hearing was set for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 16 at the Area III Court.
Butler County sheriff's deputies and county Children Services workers were called to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Liberty Campus just after 8 p.m. Tuesday night about an abused child.
Deputies were told by hospital staff that Wilder's infant daughter, Elaina, had multiple fracture injuries to both arms and her right leg, according to Sgt. Monte Mayer, sheriff's spokesman.
