Amber Alert: three missing, mother found dead *found*

SAGINAW -- Police have issued an Amber Alert for three girls who went missing after their mother was found dead Monday.

The woman, whose name has not yet been released, was found about 6:30 p.m. The death is being investigated as a homicide.

Police believe the girls -- Elena Olguin, 9; Lilliana Olguin, 5; and Victoria Olguin, 3 -- are with their father, Jose Angel Olguin, and in extreme danger.

Jose Olguin, 35, is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 275 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. His car is a yellow Buick Skylark, license plate number BWW6981, with duct tape on the passenger side mirror and a trunk with a damaged emblem reading "B 1 K."

Elena is described as 4 feet 6 inches tall, 52 pounds with brown eyes and black hair; Lilliana is about 3 feet tall, 35 pounds with brown eyes and black hair; Victoria is 2 feet 10 inches tall, 27 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Update:

(SAGINAW, Mich.) Police in Saginaw, Mich., say three young girls missing since their mother was found dead at their home have been found safe.

They were with their father, who's now in custody, but has not been charged with any crime.

(03/16/10)--He pleaded guilty to killing his wife, and Tuesday Jose Olguin learned he'll spend 40 years behind bars for his crime.

Olguin will be 76 years old when he's eligible for parole.
