Meet Brandon Raz. The Wyoming municipal employee pleaded not guilty today to charges that he twice ejaculated in the water bottle of a female co-worker.

Raz, 38, was charged this month with misdemeanor battery, stalking, and attempted battery counts after investigators matched his DNA with semen samples taken from the victim's water bottle.

According to a Jackson Police Department affidavit, the woman told cops that her "personal water bottle" was first befouled in mid-September. After drinking from the bottle, which had been on her desk, "the water smelled and tasted as if it had been contaminated by seminal fluid." But the woman did not contact police until October 6, when she again believed that her water had been contaminated. On that morning, she "began to take a drink" and "smelled the contents and discovered once again that it smelled of what she believed to be semen."

After preliminary tests matched Raz's DNA with samples taken from the woman's water bottle, he admitted to a detective that he masturbated and ejaculated "into the water bottle belonging to Jane Doe on two occasions," according to the police affidavit.

Each of the misdemeanor counts carries a maximum penalty of six months in prison and a $750 fine.

But I don't know that my first thought would be "somebody jacked off in this" I definitely wouldn't be able to ID it by the smell alone, possibly not even the taste without knowing what it was. I'm not sure I'd be able to smell it and say, "Dude, who put semen in my water?" But the taste ... yeah. Although if my water smelled funny, I doubt I'd have drunk it anyway.

Just goes to show you really can't leave your drink unattended for any length of time--and not just in bars.

First off yes theres a smell and yes I assume it may depend on what a person eats but In my experince anyways you have to be seriously up close and personal to smell it -if at all. Its not like you can walk into a romm and ays OMG who came in here?

Taste? Absolutely but depending - i mean there would have to be some amount of spouge still mucking up the bottle!

I mean either she liked this guy or shes just as nasty! If you even thought someone had done this to your waterbottle 1. Why wouldnt you report it yesterday and 2. even if you didnt you wouldnt dream of leaving it where anyone would or could get to it again.

Maybe she didn't report it the first time because she wasn't sure. I mean even if my water bottle smelled/tasted like it, I'd have a hard time believing anyone would DO it... I'd chalk it up to overactive imagination. But a second time? No way! I'd be on the phone as soon as I stopped gagging. (not that I would be gagging any other time - just if it was in my water bottle)
