Keegan Burkhart Called 911

Tampa - At 1:30 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a disturbing the peace complaint. However, Keegan Timothy Burkhart continued to yell and scream obscenities in front of a deputy and witnesses, "without regards to the apartment's tenants while they were sleeping."

He was asked to stop.

He refused and continued shouting.

Then he called 911 on his phone, "because he did not want to go to jail."

Burkhart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and making a false 911 call, both misdemeanors. And he was taken...to jail. He was released later on $750 bond.

On his private MySpace, he last logged in July 3, and his mood is "crazy" (big YEP on that one). His status is "Keegan has insomnia." That could explain a few things.
