My point of view on this one is not going to be pretty...Because of discussing this one with my hubs, I'm going to rant here. This girl Shemeeka Davis (at 22) took on these twin boy and girl almost at birth. From the very beginning CPS was supposed to be watching once a month. That didn't happen. Maybe twice over the period she was being beat and starved to death. Both of the twins were beat for a very long time before the girl died. This happened over her last year of unthinkable, torturous, hopeless, helpless life. CPS said they found no problems at home, school records including a report card for the girl who hadn't even been attending the school. I am furious the they out-and-out LIED. People who are so indifferent to human suffering should be objected to such human suffering. How can someone in such an authoritive position throw away their morality? What you do in this life makes you who you are. The complacency of individuals who are so powerful over thousands of lives rots in my little heart.
