NEW Puppet Master: "Axis of Evil" teaser trailer arrives!

Full Moon Entertainment has put out the teaser trailer for PUPPET MASTER: AXIS OF EVIL. There has been a slew of Puppet Master films made, Full Moon looks to keep the spirit of them alive by producing a new film. I enjoyed the Puppet Master's when I was a kid and I look forward to seeing this no matter how crazy the idea sounds, certainly is giving me more wood then the recent remakes popping up like pimples on a McDonald's cashier.

Beyond Hollywood states the simple plot : In a stateside hotel during the height of World War II, young Danny Coogan dreams of joining the war effort. Following the murder of hotel guest Mr. Toulon by Nazi assassins, Danny finds the old man�s crate of mysterious puppets and is suddenly thrust into a battle all his own. He discovers that Nazis MAX and Klaus, along with beautiful Japanese sabateur Ozu, plan to attack a secret American manufacturing plant. After his family is attacked and his girlfriend Beth is kidnapped, it is up to Danny and the living deadly Puppets to stop this Axis of Evil.

Ryan Nicholson has delivered gore busting films such as Gutterballs and Live Feed to name a few, this time around he has turned up the heavy sleaze content and produced and directed HANGER. Plotdigger films are not for the faint of heart, they are down right brutal, sleazy and the foul language has more stank to it then the intestines of a skunk. Hanger shocks and turns stomachs inside out with it's absurd content.

Plotdigger Films synopsis: Hanger is the fourth Plotdigger Film, reuniting familiar faces from previous Plotdigger entries and bringing on board sensational stars such as Debbie Rochon to tell this story of sickness. The film combines '70s grindhouse sleaze with '80s Troma-style freakshows with the cringe-inducing gore dialed up to eleven. Inspired by everything from Death Wish to Street Trash, Hanger is a technicolour nightmare you'll never forget... even if you try.

The remake train has continued it's rampaging course and now stopped at Night Of The Demons. Many Horror fans have already heard about the news, some mad about it, some not. I'm the messenger and not the film studio so don't hate me for bringing remake news. Basically the film is very similar to the 1988 original. From the trailer below, I have to admit that this remake has an edge to it. The trailer has a rustic, campy to slight dirty look to it, our films from back in the day had those mechanics and that's why we love so many of them, well at least I do. Hopefully Night of The Demons will live up to be a decent remake.

Beyond Hollywood is reporting that Your best chance of catching it will probably be on DVD in early 2010. The film stars Edward Furlong, Shannon Elizabeth, Monica Keena, Bobbi Sue Luther, John F. Beach, Michael Copon, Tiffany Shepis, Michael Arata, and Diora Baird. Directed by Adam Gierasch (�Autopsy�).

It turns out that the Broussard Mansion is home to demons that need to possess seven vessels to break free of an ancient curse. One by one the guests fall victim, transforming into hideous creatures. Only Maddie, Colin and Jason remain but can they make it through the night and keep evil forces from spreading into the world?

Jessica Alba Swings A Machete. Poster!

Here's a look at Jessica Alba's Poster from the upcoming film, written and directed by Robert Rodriguez, "MACHETE." This script was written back in 1993 after he wrote Desperado.

Jessica Alba has been taking her time off with her newborn baby. Jessica is coming out full force with her role in the upcoming film "MACHETE", Along side of her is Danny Trejo as Machete, Robert De Niro as Sen. McLaughlin, Steven Seagal as a drug-dealer, Michelle Rodriguez ( A sizzling slinger) and Cheech Marin the priest and Lindsey Lohan.

Empire Online reports the film's currently at the American Film Market, so with luck there'll be more word on a distributor and release date shortly.

Well... it's been a long time since I've done one of these. Let' see if I can still remember how to do it! Here is our first little piece of Teaser Art from Scream 4!

The horror series that reignited the genre and gross more than $500 million worldwide is back! From Kevin Williamson, creator of the original Scream trilogy, the new film sees the return of cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, along with a group of new stars, who can all hopefully stay alive long enough to figure out the new rules to this one-of-a-kind horror franchise.

Word on the rumor mill is that a whole new Scream Trilogy is in the works. I'm not sure about you guys... but nothing good sounds like it can come from that. At all. The first movie was simply the right film at the correct time, not trying to take anything from it... but by the time the 2nd came around, I was tired of it. The less said about the 3rd the better.

What do you guys think? Do we really need a fourth... fifth... and sixth?

Rumor Breaker: More Details on The Texas Chainsaw Massacre

Various reports have been flooding the net quicker then the swine flu hitting public schools about director Tobe Hooper - mastermind of the 1974 Texas Chainsaw Massacre about stepping into the spotlight once again to film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D. Bloody-Disgusting is reporting that the reports were once true, sidestepping from those reports it looks as if it's not going to happen. The franchise will move forward to Linosgate Films. Nothing has been etched in stone so stay tuned for more information on this project.

Shutting down this film reminds me of the controversial on goings of, "Silent Night Deadly Night" back in the mid 80's. From the trailer posted below I think this film will bring back some campy, brutal horror that many genre fans are willing to swallow up.
