So, it's been a while.

Hello again DD. I know it's been forever. I'm back from Korea and getting back into the family groove. My two beasts are growing up way too quickly. And things between the H and I are working out. So I guess all I can say is things are good.

And Korea was awesome. Ate some Kimchi (I think it's an acquired taste), and drank some Soju (it'll hit you before you know it).

Good to see you back! And glad to hear you guys are working on it.

    Kimchi! YECH!

Did you buy any good knock-off items while you were there?

Actually, I didn't do a whole lot of shopping. /hangs head in shame. I know, I know. I didn't really know where to go, I guess. I heard the shopping was better down in Seoul. But I did get some great deals on DVDs and TV on DVD, lol. :)

    Welcome back! Love soju!

Did you have kick-ass Korean food and sing kareoke?

    Thanks. :)

I did have some kick-ass Korean food. I'm a huge fan of their giant buffets. And my buddy was a pretty good cook and would make these awesome creations, so I always ate pretty well. I actually didn't sing karaoke. And I'm kinda sad I didn't, lol.

Don't they have the prettiest food presentations? All that yummy grilled meat, wrapped in lettuce with about 30 side dishes in all sorts of pretty colors. Love the Korean barbecues and buffets! I think maybe I'll be eating Korean for lunch! And have mango mousse cake for dessert!

Have you had mango mousse cake? If you haven't, I suggest you find an Asian bakery and get one asap. It is deliciousness in your mouth. LOL (I love it and can easily eat an entire cake i one sitting, by myself).

Are you used to being back?

I never saw a Mango Mousse cake, but I'm now going to have to track one down, lol. I did that the rice pastry thing with the goo inside. Yeah, I wasn't a huge fan of that.

I'm still getting used to being back, but it's getting better. While I was there, I used to crave American type restaurants, because we'd always go to the buffet. Now that I'm home, there are days when I crave the buffet, lol. It's different. I miss the public transportation. Even in the boonies of Dongducheon, they still had mass transit.
