Sounds bad but it's real good. We discovered this as an accident when my daughter spilled the pumpkin pie spice into the catfish seasoning and we didn't have enough spices left to make more so we just rolled with it. Now it's our day before thanksgiving platter every year by request.

About 4 lbs.catfish (nuggets or filets)
1/2 package of bacon
oil for frying
3 tbsp each:
garlic powder
thyme
white pepper
black pepper

I am very careful of what I take for a cold for a few reasons. I weigh 100 lbs. on a good day and it usualy hits me like a ton of bricks (wish alcohol would).
