Hey all,

I've been openly stalking all you DDers for a while now and finally decided to crawl out of my cave. My trolling days are over.

About me? Hell, I don't know. I live in Southern California and spend a small country's income on rent every month. I'm (mostly) happily married. Sure, I still get the occasional urge to smother Hubs with a pillow in his sleep, but I've managed to fight it off for eight years and think I'll be okay for at least another 20. Maybe.

I sell insurance for a huge company that rhymes with "Mate Marm". I sit on my increasingly large ass for 8+ hours a day at a computer, which is how I found you kickass folks!

I have two sons that I would kill or die for. My little one Owen (aka "The Dictator") is five and my older one Julian ("The Hormone King") is ten. They are the most amazing, wonderful, phenomenal things I've ever done...although sometimes the realization that I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR RAISING TWO HUMANS hits me and I have to sit in the corner and cry for a few hours.

But still...they kick ass. And the little one definitely takes names.

I have a potty mouth that would make sailors blush and an obsession with true crime and death that I just can't explain. I have red hair, green eyes and freckles but bear absolutely NO resemblance to Pippy Longstocking. Or Wendy from Wendy's. I'm way cuter than both those bitches. :proud2:

And that's about it. If you want to know more, ask away...or just say hi. I'm needy.

On a side note, I'm more than a little special and can't figure out anything on this site...went to gravatar.com and hooked myself up one right quick, but now I want to change it and can't get rid of the old one. Can't figure out why DD doesn't like the image I'm trying to use for my profile pic (maybe because it's a bmp file? Aw, fuck.), can't figure out how to make my posts pretty, can't figure out how to make myself look more interesting.

DD doesn't like the image I want to use for my avatar/profile pic...keeps telling me it's "not a valid file type". Perhaps because it's a bmp file and it wants a jpeg? Or perhaps because it just despises me?

The Gravatar thing...all I want to do now is change it to another image I have in my account. I've clicked and double clicked and confirmed and holy shit, anything else? And nothing. It's still pulling up my old image.
