I'm a huge lover of Dokken. They're one of the most underrated metal bands of the 80s. They're probably best known for the song Dream Warriors, from the third A Nightmare on Elm Street movie.

The lead singer is Don Dokken, and he still releases new material today. Unfortunately, Dokken just wasn't the same without George Lynch.

Google "Mr. Scary" on YouTube. It's got to be one of the best guitar solos ever...!

never got into dokken myself. in fact, i always hated em a good bit. i will agree Lynch could jam though, i just always felt Don sang like a ghey sissy in heat.

Wow a Dokken thread. I have a couple of their albums in an old orange crate. LOL
I always liked the tune Alone Again. I decided when I saw this thread to check it out and see if Youtube had videos and of course they did. There was a jamming acoustical version of Alone Again with Lynch playing guitar and doing vocals. I'd forgotten just how good of a guitar player that man was.
