Hello!

I'm Steph/Stephanie. I'm 26, a recent law school graduate. I live in Brooklyn NY w/my boyfriend and my 5 1/2 year old Doberman mix, Nigel. I went to law school initially b/c I wanted to be a sex crimes prosecutor - after interning at the District Attorneys office, and almost starting a job at the Manhattan DA I realized it wasn't what I wanted to do. I am still interested in public interest work, I would love to work for NYC ACS but damn economy, there is a hiring freeze. I am a nerd about the Constitution and the Supreme Court.

I grew up on a small horse farm in MD and went to undergrad in VA. I love the city (we're lucky enough to have a yard) but can't wait to have a house instead of an apartment again!

I started reading this site when Caylee went missing, and would use it as a study break over the summer when I was studying for the bar. I applaud everyone for the obvious heart and hard work put in on the entire site.

This is my first time joining a board like this, so I apologize in advance for any missteps.

When I was a kid, my friend who lived beside me, had a neighbor who owned two Doberman's. For fun, we used to antagonize them to make them jump the fence to chase us. As they were headed towards the fence, we would run into his house. We were idiots.

I also new this girl...she lived in Elkin, NC. She was hot as fuck and about 5 years older than me when I was about 10 or 11. She lived in a house in the woods. She was the best friend of my cousin. When we would visit, I would walk with my cousin through the woods to go to her house. She would come out, looking fucking gorgeous...with two Doberman's on chains. They were named Damien and Omen. There she would be, standing in the woods, the smell of burning wood permeating the chilly air. She wearing tight jeans on her perfect ass, long, black hair that went down to her waist and holding these two dogs who just sat in front of her staring intently.

I fell in love with her. I thought she was a witch.
