Tyese Lewis must have got tired of taking care of little Zarial when he was only 4 weeks old. So she just suffocated him and threw him in the trash. But she must have had some one asking where he was. So she rang up the police and reported him missing. The police launched a massive search effort to locate the missing baby. But he was not found. So they talked to her some more. Eventually she confessed to having killed the baby and throwing him in the trash. Despite further searching, his little body was never found.
This article does not give the age of the murdering bitch mother but does state that a judge has ruled she may be tried as an adult. GOOD!:five:

The very thought that this poor baby dumped and thrown out like trash breaks my heart...I truly cried for this little one who was not give the chance to be loved and treasured. They couldn't find her little body...probably buried amongst the heaps of trash..*break*.
I wonder why the mother felt she couldn't turn to someone in the family...her mother seems loving and supportive. Feeling overwhelmed with a newborn is one thing but to decide to murder you baby and discard in the trash it is entirely another. .I just wish she would have considered the alternatives....so many people need and want a baby, especially those who can not bring life to their own.

Jessica Taloney A young mother will stand trial nearly two years after Prichard Police say she suffocated her 4-week-old baby and threw the infant's body in the trash.

Tyese Lewis was just 18-years-old when she told police her baby, Zarial Lewis Farris, was kidnapped by two women posing as workers from an adoption agency. Lewis stuck to her story for several days before investigators say she finally confessed to killing the infant.

The infant's body was never found, despite a massive search of an Escambia County landfill, where police and the FBI believe the body was dumped.

Lewis, who is now 20, plead not guilty during her arraignment last year, but has remained in jail since her arrest. The mother is charged as an adult with capital murder, and if convicted Lewis will face life in prison without parole or the death penalty.

The trial is scheduled to begin May 18, 2009. A hearing to discuss pre-trial motions is set for February 4th.
