2 Carjackers Throw Baby Girl, Carseat and All Out of Car

They shoot at a women, jump in her car and take off, when someone screamed about the baby in the the car. The two men allegedly carjacked a car with a baby in it and then just threw the little girl out car seat and all. The little baby girl received cuts but safe with her family while the two men are in custody.

According to police, 29-year-old Arthur Galindo and 23-year-old Ramulo Cardona carjacked the mother of five-month-old Stariey. These two men tried to her car, she didn't resist but they shot at her anyhow.

Shanice Baisey had her baby in a car seat in back of her Monte Carlo as she pulled into the complex to pick up a friend, said Sgt. Andy Hill of the Phoenix Police Department.

"I just drove up and two dudes up with a gauge and a pistol and a revolver, and shot twice," Baisey said.

The shot hit her window and shattered, spraying all over her 5 month old baby's face, leaving cuts.

Stariey has some cuts from shattered glass but will be okay. The two suspects are believed to be involved in other crimes.

Police believe they shot another driver Saturday near 51st Avenue and McDowell but were not able to steal his car. The police found 2 guns and a shot gun connected with these two men. The men both had been released from the Dept. of Corrections within the last year for armed robbery.

Good thing they were fucking rehabilitated. They could have killed the woman and the baby. I pray they lock them up and throw away the key. Their behavior will only escalate until they DO kill someone.
