This wonderful looking Jack ass in the above picture got mad at a little kitten for going potty on the floor.
What do you ask did he do with the kitten. Yes, he threw it across the room.
Sadly kittens do not always have 9 lives unless this jackass already threw him 8 times before and he survived which is always possible I guess.
Sadly the little brown tabby did not make it. He died from his injuries after being thrown by Mr Bug Eyes up there.
Unsure who turned him in but i applaud them for doing so.
That is not the real icing on the cake though that he killed the cat Even worse is the time he was given for killing that catthe icing is that this JA will do only 3 days in jail Yes THREE He will have 1 year probation.
Even worse was the fact that his Wonderful Public defender which I could smack in the face. stated
"Mr. Boone is not a serial cat thrower," Assistant Public Defender Matthew Frawley said, accusing Swanson of "overkill" by seeking a psychiatric evaluation as a condition of probation.
"Mr. Boone picked up the kitten and he threw it. He tossed it out of his house," Frawley said. "Many people have done that" when their cat misbehaves, such as clawing at a piece of furniture, he said. "Or they've kicked their dog."
Excuse me did he just justify animal abuse??
This lawyer needs a reprimand of some sort himself if you ask me
What in heck was he thinking
I know they want to win cases but HELLO animal abuse is animal abuse period.
They mention a wife and kids in the next county having other pets and state this idiot is not to be around pets for the year he is on probation. Why in hell that is not a ban on not owning any pets for life I am unsure.
Lets Hope his wife is aware that animal abusers also go on to be child and grown up abusers and moves on to find a real man in her life and dumps this loser.
