Don't Sneak into Raul Colon's House

In Deltona, FL. Raul Colon heard noises coming from his daughter's room. When he investigated he found a naked guy in her room. Raul greeted him with a metal pipe upside the head, chased him out of the house and called the police. It turns out it was his daughter's boyfriend that he didn't even know she had. The guy had been sneaking in for a year. He was taken to the hospital and had a head wound closed with staples. Raul Colon was charged with aggravated battery on a child and was realesed on $10,000 bond.

I can totally understand Colon's reaction. He didn't who know who that guy was naked in his daughter's room. I think I'd be inclined to clock the guy, too.

So where was the daughter during all this, and what was she doing? Was she frozen in fear/shock, or was she yelling for her dad to stop, I wonder?

If she didn't say anything, I totally don't blame the dad. How was he supposed to know?! I feel bad for him. I bet that girl is grounded for life, eh? I hope the dad doesn't get punished badly over this.

My rule if I EVER find a strange naked person in my house. Clock 'em now, ask questions later. I believe he was right in his actions. Maybe his daughter didn't put enough halcion (date rape drug) in his milk that night.
