Monroe, GA – After a teenage boy did what teenage boys are wont to do--insult a 15-year-old girl--the girl told her mother about the incident. The mother, 36-year-old Alysha Stamper, sent her daughter and another girl to trick the boy into going to Stamper's home. Once there, the boy was beaten and required hospitalization for several broken facial bones.

Police arrested Stamper, three 18-year-olds, and the 15-year-old daughter.

Stamper and three of the teens will be charged with aggravated battery and false imprisonment. All four have a bond hearing Thursday.

Now, if we find out something more sinister than "an insult" has occurred (and represents ongoing harassment) and Mom contacted school officials to no avail and law enforcement to no avail, then we have to wonder what the hell is going on in those parts of Georgia. Now, I can't say with 100% certainty that the woman in the MySpace is "our" Alysha Stamper. But she IS the woman in the craigslist ads. (Check out boob tat.)

More details:

Monroe police said Stamper planned the attack for days. Authorities said that after the attack happened, Stamper cleaned the boy up, drove him home and told his dad he was hurt during a basketball game.

The bones in Timothy Tangredi’s face are slowly healing, he said. Police said three people beat him so badly, he was in the hospital for two days. Investigators believe Stamper planned the attack after her 15-year-old daughter told her Tangredi sexually assaulted her. Police said there is no proof that happened.

“I didn’t do anything to her. She just kept coming up here wanting to hang out with me,” said Tangredi.

Investigators said Stamper recruited the 18-year-olds. They are accused of talking Tangredi into coming over to the Stamper’s house. Tangredi said Stamper then made sure he couldn’t escape by locking the door before the attack began.

"And then that lady picked me up and took my shirt off and cleaned all the blood up. She put me in her car and brought me here,” said Tangredi.

The 16-year-old’s dad didn’t find out what happened until a week later. That’s because his son said Stamper threatened to kill him if he told anyone about the beating.

What if the girl was assualted? Interesting, the police seem to think she wasnt. It makes me think the mothers action were even worse as this story shadows the original incident. Google the number in the craiglist ads posted by zero. In the above story, it is reported the other parent (presumably father) reported the incident to the police. I happen to know the family and know the father reported this to the police as soon as it happened. He didnt mention the beating of the 16 yo boy, just the assualt of his daugther. Oh yeah, the father of the boy is a former police officer. Somewhat strange that the police have blown off the sexual assualt and focussed only on the second victim. Maybe because the system works this way is why "street justice" is a first thought by a certain segement of our population.

A girl, especially a teenager, should never be forced to have sex. Of course there is no proof of the sexual assualt because it was several weeks old before the victim had the courage to talk about what happened. And in doing so, what has happened? Another victim and still no LEGAL action taken against the original predator.

And of course, like typical poor white trash, "hey this is on the news" so the family of course denies any wrong-doing. Hey- they are on TV. Oh poor boy.

Guess what, he will probably do the same thing again, maybe even worse, to another female down the road and the situation perpetuates.

the system is broken folks. Perhaps instead of reading the news and commenting among yourselves, you should figure out what isnt working in the system and together push for changes to happen. A girl was forced to have sex and all we can talk about is the poor boy who suffered "street justice" for his actions. If he hadnt done what he did, this wouldnt have happened to him. If the courts didnt permit such liberties for minors to chose which parent, this wouldnt have happened. If DFCS and other government agencies actually worked, this would not have happened. The people these agencies are to protect against are the same people who know how to manipulate the system and the agencies know it. Trust me, there is a lot more to this story than you currently know and I can insure you it will make you completly lose all faith in our "civilized society with rules to govern the people". Agencies are corropt and we tend to protect the exact same individuals that the system, laws, etc, are designed to protect AGAINST.

I had no agenda of something to accomplish, and certainly meant no insult to anyone. In short:

- The mother was a prostitue
- The 15 yo had full knowledge and even had to answer the phone
- The Sister of the mother demanded that the 15yo contact her pimp, and one of the customers, to bail her out of jail the first time (she was arrested for driving on a suspended license)
- The mother also had 2 or 3 18 year old girls living there, who were involved in the business
- Though the primary drug was pot, there were other drugs including xanax, salvia etc in use. She and her "Friends" not only participated in this, but allowed and encouraged the 15yo


What a mother. She has custody of two of four of her children. She never seems to get caught for anything.

so I guess my point was just sharing the rest of the story. This woman is a vile creature, a leech on society. Although being in prison is probably the best place for, we (taxpayers) will still get to support her, pay for her food and shelter, and maybe even a college education!

Maybe the faults in the system is exactly why people chose not to use the system. Perhaps, if this "mother" had followed the law and reported the sexual assualt, the boy would have gotten in trouble. Of course there is no proof.... it was over 4 weeks ago, 2 weeks after she felt safe and comfortable enough telling her mother!

the mother's actions are NOT justified, and she should receive punishment to the furthest extent of the law. The 15 yo girl was a victim and the boy is most likely not going to legally pay for his actions. Very sad indeed.

I think you'll understand if we aren't quite ready to agree that the 15-year-old was assaulted by the victim--we do rely heavily on published media reports, but I think you've at least planted a seed of doubt. Considering someone else already showed up here regarding Alysha's "job," does everyone in town know she sells sex for money?
