I joined last night, but kept an i on dreamin demon for a while. i discovered it randomly while surfing the net in my tech school. I'm from Pa and sadly Proud of it. I is the coolige stoodant,:doh:(i should know how to spell that by now...) and a proud fiancee. Sadly i'm only 18 but in a few days i'll 19. Like the title says i'm just hear to say Hi!

i'll just out right say it, i wanna know dreamin demons response to this: my dad (45) married a girl who is three years older than me and shes turning 22, do the math, and wants me to treat her like a respectable adult and listen to her like a parent. Is this right or possible to do? They can't figure why i left to live with my mom...

While you may not like her you have to at least respect her NOT as a parent but as a person your Father obviously loves and wants to be with.

You are 19 So you are in fact a adult So you need to show her you are the bigger person and show her respect and expect the same respect back.

That means you speka when you see her you are cordial to her and you do not allow her and your Dad's relationship effect your relationship with him.

if they have been together for 4 years than sorry I do not think she is going anywhere real soon so it may be better to learn to accept her.
After all your Dad is obviously planning on being with her for a long time.

Ummm I totally understand the way you feel how you do about your stepmom, I'd probably feel the same (especially because of the age thing) , but Lilbay is right I think, you should probably respect her just because of your father.
