A Dayton, Kentucky man is under arrest in Butler County after allegedly traveling there to meet a 14 year girl for sex.
The mother of the Madison Township teen told officers her daughter was receiving inappropriate and explicit cell phone and text messages from someone identified only as "Paul". The mother says she left two messages for Paul to stop the contact.
Deputies say their investigation led them to 32 year old Paul Morris. A deputy, posing at the girl, arranged to meet Morris Thursday night at Sebald Park. When Morris showed up, he was arrested.
He was taken to the Middletown City Jail, charged with Importuning, Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles, Telecommunications Harassment, and Soliciting.
