A man set to leave for the Marines in less than two months was arrested Tuesday for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

Adam Mills, 22, of Liberty, Ind., was charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and appeared in court today, where a judge set his bond at $7,500 and ordered him to stay away from the girl.


Mills admitted to having sex with the teen July 5 in Colerain Township, court records state.


In court today, Mills’s lawyer said Mills recently joined the Marines and planned to leave Sept. 2.

Sorry. Just realised that he was leaving his current life for the Marines. Sort of like escaping into the Foreign Legion if you've done something wrong, except that questions might be asked after all....... One the whole, it is probably better for the Marines that this molester does not get to affect their image abroad!
