Tempe police said on Wednesday they have identified a man sought in connection with a weekend burglary and sexual assault of a 73-year-old woman.
Graham Gravely, 51, is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He was last seen with dark, scraggly hair and a dark, scraggly beard. Police said he may be in a white, 1995 Chevrolet Blazer displaying Arizona plate ABT7643.
Officers said they received a 911 call around 6:35 a.m. Sunday reporting a burglary in the area of McClintock Drive and Guadalupe Road.
The victim told police a man she did not recognize entered her home by breaking a kitchen window and demanded several pieces of property. Officers said during the course of the incident, the victim was sexually assaulted.
Police said a person matching the description given by the victim used the woman's debit card at an ATM in the area of Lakeshore Drive and Baseline Road. Officers said the man was caught on surveillance footage.
