"Two Worlds combines the extremely dynamic and sophisticated combat system with the meaning and freedom of exploration exceeding the accomplishments of other games of the genre. A top quality Role Playing experience - the ultimate goal of the Two Worlds project is to deliver a superior Role Playing Game to the PC and Xbox 360 market where players have a real chance to shape the game world with their actions - to an extent that has yet to seen in other productions. This premise will be supported with a strong, non-linear storyline, mind blowing graphics, and stunning combat sequences. To attract the mass audience, the complexity of the game will be achieved mainly through a variety of meaningful choices while the User Interface will be simplified."

I have read some of the hands-on stuff related to the game, and I must admit that I am a tad interested. Specifically these two blurbs:

According to the PR rep for Two Worlds, enemies don't respawn and are not leveled to your character. That means if you manage to wipe out all of the bunnies, you won't find any more. That also means that you may run into enemies that you're simply no match for early in the game, like our bears.

At night, things start to get creepy. The undead come out to play along with a host of other creatures that go bump in the night.

Graphics are no real concern to me with these types of games (although this one looks fine) as much as being rewarded for traveling off the beaten path and running into foes you just should not be standing toe-to-toe with at lower levels.

When I first heard about it I wasn't enthused at all. Recently however, it's been sounding pretty good. I agree about the graphics. Though these look good, it's not a big deal either way. I find it amusing that a game like Oblivion can actually start creeping me out when I trek through the forest and what not.

I only had one gripe with Oblivion and that was the auto-leveling of the creatures. I want areas I can not go into. I like running into something that uses me as toilet paper so I get that satisfaction of going back at a later time and returning the favor.

Gothic 2 nailed that, IMO, and actually made exploring lot more fun for me than in Oblivion.

Yeah, but they had to "noobify" Oblivion so that folks like myself that don't play RPGs much could enjoy the game. So, you can blame myself for playing less and less rpgs since the age of DOS and Bethesda for wanting to get a ton of customers.
