EL PASO, Texas - El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a man Wednesday wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting a child. Humberto Esparza, 40, was arrested at his girlfriends home in the 1200 block of Colina De Oro.
According to deputies, they went to Eileen Bueno's house and asked if the suspect was there. Deputies said she told them he wasn't there and that she hadn't seen him in long time. During that conversation Esparza left through a back door, but was greeted by more deputies, investigators said. He was then arrested and taken into custody without incident.
Bueno, 29, was also arrested and charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution.
Esparza was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child.
