is there some way I can turn off the user stat info that is showing up at the left side of each post?

I can't work out if the website default changed or if I messed with my settings unknowingly

that is actually where I headed before posting here. I had no idea what was switched on and therefore didn't know what to switch off. Don't worry, I am sure I will work it out.

To change the display of user stats on posts, click "Settings" at top of page. On the settings page, look on the left side for "Activity" and click "Settings" under that.

To change notification of Thanks/Likes/Dislikes, change it on settings page under "DBTech - Post Thanks" on bottom left.
