A man accused of killing his cat and resisting arrest appeared in court Monday.
Washington County deputies went to Ryan Daggett's home Saturday after getting a call to check on him.
While at his home, officers said he slashed two of the tires of one of their patrol cars with a knife, and then he threw the knife at them.
Deputies had to use a Taser and pepper spray on him before arresting him.
