WALTON COUNTY, Ga. -- A southeast Georgia man has been arrested and charged after police said he drove to Walton County to have sex with a 14-year-old girl.
Loganville police arrested Joshua Nelson, 23, after an online undercover investigation.
Police said Nelson had several sexual online chats with a detective he thought was a 14-year-old girl. Investigators waited for Nelson in Loganville after he drove from Midway, Ga., according to authorities. Police said Nelson brought a dozen roses and a box of condoms with him and they believe he intended to have sex with the girl.

I look at this fat fuckstick and think the only sexual gratification he has gotten has been by his own hands. I think some of these internet stings are almost entrapment.
Ladies wait before you start bashing me!
These cops go on-line and look for people. They play with their emotions and because of their loneliness they fall for the minor game. I am not saying that is an excuse for them. I think that they are overwhelmed that they think someone likes them.
Another thing to toss in here. Didn't they just charge a lady for impersonating a minor on myspace and a girl killing herself? In a twisted way you can say the same thing about this incident.

I suppose it all depends on how the cops go about it. Something tells me that they have to tell the guy their "age" up front in order for it not to be entrapment. Now if they let the guy fall for this great girl on line and then spring the age thing on him, I would be a little more inclined to see it from your point of view. If you want to be really kind, you could always say that there was a chance once the guy saw the "little girl" in person, he would come to his senses and back out. I guess in the end, I just figure what is society really out by not having him among us?

Dude has man boobs.
w8ng....I don't think I would call it entrapment. After all, these cops are not forcing these guys to enter teen chat rooms and start up conversations with these 'kids'. Swing by pervertedjustice.com sometime and have a look see through some of those chat conversations. Anyone who would continue to try and set up dates with what they think are teenaged boys and girls should be whipped just for being stupid. Not a single day goes by where there isn't one of these stories in the news. You would think these guy and ladies would just cut the shit and get a date the old fashioned way....pick up some drunk at the bar. Every one of these people that they bust for this are after one thing...and it has nothing to do with easing their lonliness.

Not entrapment at all in my opinion. These perv's go online all on their own looking for minors and these officer's to have to tell them their "age". At that point the perv. can stop the communication if they are not into minors. They choose to engage in sexually explicit chat and then they freely make the decision to meet with these minors for sex.

If the undercovers say "come fuck me" and the perv says "OK", then I can see screaming entrapment. If you read the chats, it just doesn't happen that way... in fact, most of the time the decoys act somewhat coy.
