Background: The Soham Murders

The victims: Holly (left) and Jessica on the day they died
Ian Huntly was convicted in the deaths of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman. On 4 August 2002 two 10-year-old girls, Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, walked past Huntley's rented house. Huntley asked them to come into the house. He said that his girlfriend was in the house as well, since she was a learning support assistant at St Andrew's Primary, the girls' school, and had got along well with them, although in fact she had gone to visit family. Shortly after Holly and Jessica entered the house, Huntley murdered them. It is said that Holly was drowned in the bath, and Jessica was suffocated with a pillow.
Minutes before seeing the girls Huntley had slammed the telephone down on his girlfriend after a furious argument, as he was suspicious that she was cheating on him. The police believe that Huntley killed the girls in a jealous rage. There may have also been a sexual motive. It seems likely that either, or possibly both, of these motives drove Huntley to kill the girls.
After Huntley was convicted, it was revealed that he had been investigated in the past for sexual offenses and burglary, but had still been allowed to work in a school. Authorities were aware of allegations, from a number of sources, that he had committed one act of indecent assault, four acts of underage sex and three rape.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soham_murders
Be NICE to Mr Huntley:

Ian Huntley is receiving extraordinary preferential treatment in prison to 'keep his spirits up'.
The killer of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman has tried three times to kill himself and the authorities are keen to avoid another attempt.
Officers guarding him have been told by governor David Thompson to treat Huntley - and fellow inmates - as 'extensions of their family' and use their first names or address them as 'Mr'.
In addition, 33-year-old Huntley was given a series of privileges within weeks of arriving at Frankland Prison in County Durham - privileges which others would take months of good behaviour to earn.
Prisoner JG5778 has been given a private room within the health-care wing of the maximum-security jail.
He has a constant two-man guard whenever he ventures out of his cell. Those officers have been instructed to 'humour' him and to play games such as chess, darts and Scrabble with the former school caretaker.
Three meals a day, chosen by Huntley from an extensive menu, are delivered to the 12ft x 10ft room where the pressures of serving a life sentence are alleviated by his personal freeview TV, a Sony CD player, stereo and Nintendo games console. Inside the cell are photographs of his ex-lover Maxine Carr, with whom he is said to be 'obsessed'.
An extensive menu offers Huntley such dishes as Cowboy Casserole - chicken sausage with beans, potatoes and onions - marked on the menu with a 'heart' signifying it is the Healthy Eating Option. Huntley chooses from the list every day and fills in a menu card, like every other prisoner, but incredibly prison officers are sent off to collect it for him and deliver it to his cell.
His cell is decked out with a blue toilet mat, blue rug, a white quilt cover and valance sheet and two white pillow cases.
His clothes include Nike training shoes, Adidas t- shirts, Nike jogging bottoms, three pairs of jeans, a burgundy Ben Sherman shirt, two multi- coloured Levi shirts and two orange Polo Tshirts. He has other T-shirts from French Connection. The list also shows that he owns a pair of Fila 'shower shoes'.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1023195/Be-NICE-Mr-Huntley-Prison-guards-told-treat-Soham-child-killer-like-hes-family.html?ITO=1490
WTF??? Let him off himself and be done with it.
Personally, I prefer this story about him (2005)
Huntley scalded in prison attack
Child killer Ian Huntley has been attacked with boiling water by another inmate at the high security Wakefield Prison, in West Yorkshire.
Grimsby-born Huntley was attacked on Wednesday on the health care wing of the jail, which houses some of the most dangerous prisoners in the country.http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/west_yorkshire/4248052.stm

Hell, sounds like if they wont him to be comfortably, might as well take him home, let him fondle and murder the kids. Just like the good ol' days, eh?
I don't think the governor understands how this works....
Edit add...
This just game me a genius idea.
Certain inmates, give them an option. They take a slow acting poison, that kills them in say a week. Once it's in their system, then give them the blue fucking toilet mat, all the TV and food they want. See it's not the death penalty, they took it of their own free will. Saves money, saves the chance that bitches like this guy ever get out.
Ps. Those kids were adorable. They deserved a chance to at least grow up, jesus.

If this was a member of my family I would beat the fuck out of them. So, I think one of the guards should give him a fatal beatdown. Then, when everyone is pissed and trying to charge him be like, "what, I treated him like family!"

He knew he was a marked man - and yesterday death came calling again for evil Ian Huntley.
The hated child killer was said to be petrified after being viciously attacked in jail by another inmate using a razor blade attached to a toothbrush.
Huntley, 35, was slashed across the throat - the blade missing his jugular vein by barely an inch.
A source said: "He's lucky to be alive. It was a savage assault."
[...]
Huntley - serving life for the murder of 10-year-olds Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman in August 2002 - has long been a target for other lags.
But the latest attack is believed to be the closest he has come to being killed. The wound to his neck was deep and the blade narrowly missed a vital artery.
The source said: "He was on the medical ward at the prison so staff were able to get to him very quickly - otherwise he might not have survived. After this he is absolutely terrified for his life."
[...]
Inmates at the 750-capacity jail have had it in for Huntley since he was transferred from Wakefield last year.
He has regularly been running a gauntlet of hate after being put into the main wing of the jail. He had been in a private cell for seven years at Wakefield to keep him away from other prisoners and was given round-the-clock protection.
But at Frankland he is in the regular maximum security wing.
He has been the victim of a number of attacks by fellow inmates since he was given a double life sentence for the murders eight years ago.
Before his move from Wakefield, he was reportedly scalded with boiling water by fellow convict Mark Hobson in September 2005. Huntley claimed that prison bosses had failed in their duty of care towards him - and reportedly lodged a claim for £15,000 compensation.
In October 2006 an inmate at Wakefield ambushed him with a makeshift knife. Huntley was forced to fight for his life to fend off the assault.
In another incident at Frankland last year, he was attacked in the showers after an inmate poured a bucket of urine and faeces over him. Warders had to step in to rescue him.
Huntley has also been under special watch after three suicide bids.

I still say, if he really wants to die, let him. Saves money in the prison system, and there's no reason he should live now anyway. The longer a person lives (assuming rehabilitation isn't happening or isn't successful), the more likely that person is to commit their crimes again.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1259952/Pictured-The-crack-addict-prisoner-slashed-throat-Ian-Huntley.html
The prisoner who slit the throat of Soham killer Ian Huntley was revealed last night as a drug-addicted robber.
Damien Fowkes, who is serving life for robbing a family at knifepoint, slashed Huntley's throat with a razor blade stuck to a toothbrush - missing his jugular by an inch.
Huntley was found screaming in a pool of blood and was rushed to hospital. He was released three hours later with a 7ins long and 1ins deep cut in his neck.
Sources at the prison said Fowkes, 34, who has a daughter near the age of Huntley's murder victims - ten-year-old Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman - had a grudge against Huntley and had 'set out' to kill him.
[...]
A prison source told the newspaper that Fowkes, of Northampton, had pretended to be suicidal in order to get sent to a private room.
He then made an excuse to go to the hospital kitchens where Huntley works and ambushed the child killer. The source said: 'Fowkes put a chair up against the door and barricaded himself in.
'Officers had to smash their way in. When they got to him, he was shouting, "He had it coming. I want everybody to know me as the guy who killed Huntley".'
But Huntley could now be awarded up to £20,000 in compensation over the attack - the same amount as the parents of his two victims.
The double child killer will sue the Prison Service for negligence, claiming that they failed in their duty of care towards him.
He is guaranteed £10,000 for the attack at high-security Frankland Prison in County Durham, but experts say the figure could easily double, depending on his injuries.
By contrast, the parents of the two schoolgirls received just £11,000 each after the 2002 murders in Soham, Cambridgeshire.
This is because the financial impact of the death of a child is not considered as serious as an injury to an adult.
If 36-year-old Huntley is awarded damages, he will be allowed to spend an extra £50 a month on top of his prison wages.
Last night campaigners criticised Huntley's entitlement to compensation.

As screwed up as the laws are here, England takes the screwed up cake, either no jail time for abusers, rapist or molesters, to special prison privileges for child killers
How do those involved with in the justice system over there sleep at night?
I'm losing all respect for the country as a whole. Honest citizens are not protected, no attempt to punish or rehabilitate criminals and because of FUCKING zealot liberals the USA is headed in the same direction. All those fucked up liberals that protest executing criminals like this are the problem not the solution. Not! everyone has a right to life some asshole should be DEAD!

This is because the financial impact of the death of a child is not considered as serious as an injury to an adult.
Now I could understand this IF the adult were a contributing and lawful member of society, BUT HE IS A CONVICT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He does not deserve conpensation for any reason. Death at the hands of another inmate is the risk you take by breaking the law and getting your sorry ass thrown in prison to begin with. You can't throw a fish in with the sharks and expect it to live.

No, fucking dirty bastard, he should be made to live in the same fear those two little girls lived through over and over all his life... When you are a child the scariest thing in the world is dying to you, I remember my fear over it, and this grown up man who kills children lives in fear? So what, give him more fear, this is a man who deserves the olde english way, hang him till hes half dead, let him catch breath, hang him again the same way, then cut off his dick, shove it in his mouth, cut out his guts, then let hims scream for a bit but even that is too good for him...

Father: I am no longer haunted by photo of Holly and Jessica
The father of the murdered Soham schoolgirl Holly Wells has disclosed that he is no longer haunted by the image of her and fellow murder victim Jessica Chapman posing in their football strips hours before they died.
Kevin Wells said he now imagines Holly, who would have been 21 this year, as a grown woman rather than allowing the last photograph of her to dominate his thoughts.
With the tenth anniversary of his daughter’s death approaching, Mr Wells gave a rare interview to announce his participation in the London Marathon to raise money for a bereavement charity.
He also said a turning point had been when he read a handbook by grief counsellors that gave him “permission to grieve for Holly for the rest of my life”.
Holly and Jessica were murdered by their school’s caretaker, Ian Huntley, in August 2002 after they called in to his house on the way home from buying sweets.

Just like a parent a prison guard can't be everywhere at once and you know accidents do happen so it's not the prisons fault this guy is too much of a damn pussy ass bitch to cover his own ass. Again I say it's the powers that be trying to correct the balance in the world. Sometimes it's instantaneous. Other times to get the full effect it takes a while and it hurts. At least for those on the receiving end. Last time I checked the red headed step child is a part of the family so technically I see nothing wrong with this guy getting his from his fellow inmates. If he didnt wanna be used as a sharpening blade he should have kept his hands to his damn self. You reap what you sow. And that ain't just the bible talkin to you. That's life in general.
