Basically a 14yr old girl in St Pete, Fl went to get her school books out of her mom's car and thought it was a good time to take it for a spin around the apartments.
Witnesses say they saw the car strike a wall and then back up, hitting the boy who was sitting on a planter. The car struck him in the torso and pinned him against a wall. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Poor baby.
