CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

As of mid afternoon yesterday, I can't access the site through Firefox, which is my primary browser. I reinstalled it, but I had to pull up IE to log on now. Is there a compatibility issue that happened that I missed? Is there something I need to change? I get an error which reads :
Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Any info??

I use Firefox exclusively - as do MANY members (so no need for all of you to say "Works OK for me") and have no problems.

It is more than likely a setting in your Firefox or system. A quick search of Google blames it on anything from your cache to plugins to your firewall. I have not run into this problem so can't say specifically. Run some searches and try the solutions you find.

Perhaps a member here has had the same problem and can comment? No guarantee it is that same issue, but maybe helpful...

(I moved your post into a seperate thread and into the troubleshooting area because the issue as nothing to do with the upgrade a year ago).

Ahhh...took some fanagaling but I got it going. But I'm pissed now. This stupid computer is denying me access to my douments and folders file. I've changed permissions and settings but the fucker stays blocked. I've been computing since fucking 1995 and I can't STAND this over safeguarding shit and it is MY fucking computer and files and how dare this piece of shit DENY my click! WTF and I've rebooted and it all LOOKS clear but the fucking thing won't open so I can properly snoop around my files and dump folders, caches, etc. I had to dump caches by going through another process which irritates me.

Firefox new update is a fucking pain in the ass. Google that shit. It totally shut my old laptop down. I kept having to restore system.

Uninstall it and install Google Chrome. That is my only advice.

Radio,
At this point, you have done something that is not compatible with something. I would do a system restore. If you are not familiar with it, it is a very simple procedure to take you back to a point in time to when your computer was running good.

Controlpanel/backup and restore/ system restore. Choose a date when your comp was running good and select restore. It may take 10-15 minutes, but it will be worth it. If it doesn't work, go back farther. You will lose anything you downloaded or changes you have made to your comp in that time you are erasing, but that's the point. :P
