A 13-year-old Russian boy discovers a bottle with a message written in 1987 by a 5-year-old German boy and is able to connect online with the now 29-year-old author.
Very cool story. Only thing I read in news today that didn't suck....

Wow, I worked ships for almost 20 years and threw hundreds of messages in bottles over the side with my contact info on it all over the world..
Nothing yet. I suspect the sea has opened the ones with metal screw on lids and corks eventually leak. I always used glass. Plastic never seemed too cool. I'm not surprised. The ocean is so littered with garbage and plastic most are probably swirling in the giant eddies of garbage out there.

Not EVEN!
Then they would send out the gay whales. Which by the way are a huge problem. The bite the nose of submarines and suck out all the seamen.
