YUMA - A 38-year-old man has been arrested and faces child molestation charges.
The Yuma County Sheriff' Office received a child molestation report from the Wellton Police Department on February 20 of this year. Jeff Rowell is accused of molesting three children ranging from 4 to 9 years old.
According to YCSO, Rowell was the non-parental custodian of the victims at the time of the alleged abuse as he was the children's foster parent.
Child Protective Services has been notified and Rowell is currently behind bars accused of molestation of a child and sexual abuse.

Police got the report in Feb. and wait until May to arrest this tub-o-lard??
