A Caldwell County grand jury indicted a Lockhart man on 22 counts for possession of child pornography.

James Archie Wells, III, 49, was arrested Tuesday at his home.
The attorney general’s office said Lockhart police began investigating Wells in September 2007 because of reports that he exposed himself to a young child.
They said after the case was turned over to the attorney general’s office investigators found child pornography on Wells’ computer.
Possession of child pornography can mean up to ten years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
