Crews spent three hours Tuesday morning cleaning up 52 pallets of Jell-O and pudding cups from a Floyd County Road following an early morning accident.
The pudding and Jell-O spilled when the semi trailer they were in left the road and the roof of the trailer ripped open.

Young was eastbound on Rudd Park Road at the intersection with Highway 27 when he failed to negotiate a curve, according to the accident report. The semi and its trailer entered the ditch and rolled onto the driver's side.
Young and a passenger in the semi, Martin L. Brandon, 32, Bridgeport, Conn., suffered minor injuries.
According to the Floyd County Sheriff's Department it took three hours to pick up and remove the contents of the trailer so that they could be salvaged. Damage to the semi was estimated at $50,000.
