Steam (http://www.steampowered.com), Valve's digital distribution service, has now got quite the collection of games. It was first developed as a way for Valve to get their games out without buyers having to go to a store to purchase the them. Since then, Steam has quite the collection of games from other developers as well. Aside from Valve (http://www.valvesoftware.com) games such as the Half-Life franchise, Take-Two (http://www.take2games.com/) offers Civilization III, IV as well as Pirates!, Majesco (http://www.majescogames.com) added Bloodrayne and Advent Rising and Double Fine Productions (http://www.doublefine.com/) added Psychonauts.

Now Capcom (http://www.capcom-europe.com) is entering the Steam fold, as you will be able to download PC ports of Devil May Cry 3, Onimusha 3 and on June 26, Lost Planet (http://www.lostplanet-thegame.com).

"With the PC market becoming a larger part of our business, we're naturally focusing our attention on digital distribution," said Mark Beaumont, executive vice president and officer of Capcom's American and European consumer software publishing. "Steam is the right place for us to go with our titles. Valve has created a huge installed base of gamers who naturally fit with the profiles of the titles that Capcom develops."
