MT. ANGEL, Ore. - Mt. Angel Police Department arrested 36-year-old Colby Lee Molan Tuesday, on charges of Official Misconduct in the First Degree and Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree.
Molan, a teacher at John F. Kennedy High School, is suspected of a sexual encounter with an 18-year-old female student numerous times at the school, and suspected of sexual contact with a 14-year-old female student while at school.
He was taken to the Marion County Correctional Facility.
