This is almost like a real joke, like a SNL sketch or something, even the editor placed that silly little tune there to undermine its importance even more.
Really, when Sara Silverman's PSA seems a lot less ofensive to the same subject you really need to reconsider "hey, maybe making some vapid and lame jokes wile checking out my ass in the mirror is not the best way to go with this".
Even hyperactive profecional jokers like Jim Carrey and Will Ferrell realised playing it mostly straigth and serious with maybe a dash of humor(that doesnt involve implying the countrys name sounds like burping) was the way to go.
