AZ - Carrie Williams-Thompson, aka Kooki the Clown, 48, was arrested in CA and will be extradited to Arizona to face felony charges of fraud, theft, financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult, forgery, and unlawful use of power of attorney. Kooki befriended an elderly woman after her husband died, then obtained power of attorney and used the widow's money (we're looking at a cool $500,000) to purchase homes, vehicles and a trailer, among other items.
