Many of you know I've been lurking around the front page for quite awhile. I've lurked a bit in the forums, but now I'm posting. This is due in part to the fact that our household has 7 people living in 1300 square feet of house. The only space that's mine, per se, is my bed and my computer chair.

Sadly, all of my things are in storage as I have to sell one house to buy another. If you know of anyone looking for a house in NW ohio...please...send them my way, for the love of GOD! Actually, having NONE of my own things is great for DD, as I have nothing better to do with all my time than putz around here and make comments.

On the personal side, I'm a mom of 3, married to a restaraunt operator. We're currently living with his parents, which KILLS the sex life. See why I'm anxious to sell my house?!

I like to read true crime and watch the history channel. I spend quite alot of time digging around the crime library website. Once went looking for skeletons when I was a kid and actually found one(dead cat). FASCINATING!

Like IndridCold, I like all types of music. And yes, I really DO have both Pachelbell and Sir Mix ALot on my Ipod, along with Kenny Rogers and Uncle Cracker. My husband thinks there's something wrong with me. We all know better.

Welcome!

My wife and I recently went through the same process. Waiting on one house to sell, we moved into my mother's vacation home near her new job. It was a house that was always empty. Until we moved into it, and then it became the center of my mom's universe. Instead of never being there, she became a constant presence, permanently moving in for the entire time we were there. It was a severe strain on our sanity and relationship.

I was driving back to our house, 5 hours away, once a week to mow the grass, clean the pool, arrange showings, and try to sell the thing, FSBO, from a state away. It was a nightmare. When that house sold, it was one of the best days of my life. Right up there was the day we closed on our current house, and had our own nest again.

So I wish you the best of luck. I hope you aren't upside-down on your house, and can get out of it without any damage.

Strangely I too just sold my house, built another and lived in limbo with my 4 kids, 2 cats and a behemoth of a dog. We spent 2 months living out of a suitcase in a shit hole tiny trailer. We also spent a week at the in-laws 7000sq foot home which made the shit hole trailer even less appealing.

Random music, read almost every story at Crime Library, feel your pain about the in-law lack-o sex....you might enjoy this lots of neat crime related stuff.... website...http://www.deathndementia.com/category/crime.html

I'm preparing for the smiting now for telling you to look somewhere else. I prefer here....I'm kissing ass now. Really, I prefer here.....

Welcome...I should lay off the coffee it's making me babble today.
