After a nearly 5 month investigation, hampered by school officials that decided no criminal activity had taken place, the Cuyahoga Grand Jury indicted John Bacho, 32, of five counts of sexual battery and one count of possession of a criminal tool. The criminal tool being the truck Bacho allegedly had sex in with the 17 year old student. John Bacho and the 17 year old student(that was in his class) engaged in sex on three occasions, two at Bacho's home and one in the pickup. Bacho also bought the 17 year old gifts of flowers and jewelry. A special provision of Ohio law makes it a third-degree felony for a teacher or other adult in a position of authority to engage in sexual relations with a 17-year-old. As it has been noted that this would not be a crime otherwise as the sex was consensual. When the fuck will people get that it is NOT consensual when a person of authority is involved?
Thankfully, Bacho's wife Holly NEVER leaves the house, she is 100% standing by her penis - she would have known if he was molesting anyone in their own home and states they are just trying to make the best of a bad situation.
