May 31st, 2010, 09:58 AM
Hi, I'm new. Great Site.
Might somebody inform me if there is a method of utilizing USER CP so that I can click on it to review activity in threads I've recently posted on?
Thanks in advance. :hello:

Welcome, Knighted! Make sure you stop into the intro section (http://www.dreamindemon.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=45) and tell us about yourself!
You have several options for looking for new info in threads you've posted in.
1) One way is to click on the "Unread Posts" Link in the upper right corner.
On the page displayed will list all posts that are unread from all areas of the forum.
Threads with NEW comments are indicated with an open envelope. Either http://www.dreamindemon.com/forums/images/kirsch/statusicon/thread_new.gif or http://www.dreamindemon.com/forums/images/kirsch/statusicon/thread_hot_new.gif.
Those that you have posted in will be indicated with an open envelope with an arrow on it. Either http://www.dreamindemon.com/forums/images/kirsch/statusicon/thread_dot_new.gif or http://www.dreamindemon.com/forums/images/kirsch/statusicon/thread_dot_hot_new.gif
2) These symbols also appear in when you look at the list of threads within each area of the forum. You can page through the list to see threads you have posted in.
A red envelop means a "hot" thread that has had above a specific number of views.
The icon key appears at the bottom of each forum listing page.
3) Subscribe to all threads you are active in by default in User Control Panel > Edit Options
Any threads you subscribe to will be listed on the main page of your User CP (http://www.dreamindemon.com/forums/usercp.php) (reached by clicking on "User CP" then "User Control Panel") The icons explained above will indicate status.
4) Subscribe to individual threads (whether you have posted in them or not) by clicking "Thread Tools" at the top of each thread and then "Subscribe to this thread".
Hope that helps!
