A 4-year-old boy who was removed from his home after a meth bust in April and put in the custody of his grandmother was found in the same home during another bust Sunday.
The boy's mother, Shaylon Jernigan, 27, now faces two felony charges for manufacturing methamphetamine in the residence of a child and felony endangering the welfare of a child.

In the first bust, police went to 1909 S. Wedgewood Ave. on April 24 with a Children's Division caseworker after the caseworker received a hotline tip that narcotics were being manufactured there.
During a search, authorities found meth-making components. In the probable cause statement for the charges, Officer Daron Wilkins said the components of the lab were within easy reach of the boy.
The 4-year-old was removed from the home and, according to the probable cause statement from the Sunday incident, was put in the custody of Jernigan's mother, Sonja Christy. The statement said the safety guidelines set up as part of the custody agreement ordered that the boy was not to have contact with Kelso and that the boy was not to be in that house.
Jernigan told police the grandmother had to run errands and had left the 4-year-old in her care.
Arleasha Mays, assistant communications director for the Department of Social Services, said the agency won't comment on specific cases but would investigate such incidents
