First Look At The New Sleestak

Here is one of the first stills from the upcoming film adaptation of the ’70s television show, Land of the Lost. Personally, I like that they decided to keep the Sleestaks as men in suits rather than some dumbass CGI monstrosity. But overall I am still wary of this movie. The fact that it is being directed by Brad Silbering (Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events) leaves me with a little hope that the film will at least look ok, and I do like me some Anna Friel…I am just SICK of Will Ferrell. Seriously. Sick of him.

I saw the word Sleestak and I was like....huh? WTF? I watched "Land of the Lost" religiously every Saturday morn. What a great show. I'll have to check out this movie and hopefully it won't leave me disappointed.

I loved this show when I was growing up! I thought it was so cool! I can't wait to see it even though I too am sick of Will Ferrel. I don't think he's all that great. Most of his films are just stupid and annoying.

I'm scared of this movie. I loved the show, but it was cheese whiz and camp. This better be seriously good or i will be pissed. More pissed than I am at how sucky GI Joe is turning out to be.
