Police filed more new charges last week against a former teacher's aide already accused of having sexual contact with minors and providing them with drugs and alcohol.

The latest allegations confronting Abbie Jane Swogger, 34, of Harrison, include a count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, four counts of indecent assault and seven counts of corruption of minors.

Police arrested Ms. Swogger, who has since lost her job as a special education aide at Highlands School District, after finding her in a New Kensington hotel room Feb. 22 with drugs, alcohol, empty condom wrappers and teenagers, according to court records.

Ms. Swogger rented the room, provided the drugs and alcohol and asked two 15-year-old girls to have sex with her during the party, according to court documents.

It was not clear yesterday whether the new charges stemmed from that party or another incident.

Maybe I just don't understand how these things work, but if she had sex with two girls, then what were the condoms for? I thought you had to have a penis to hold one of those in place. :confused:

The trial has started. Her 17 year old son was sitting in the courtroom listening to witnesses give graphic testimony about his mother the whore.

NATRONA HEIGHTS, Pa. -- Five students gave graphic testimony Thursday about what happened the night they said they partied with a teacher’s aide.

The judge held Abbie Swogger for trial on numerous charges after a three-hour preliminary hearing.

Swogger denied it all. “Absolutely not. I'm not guilty of what they're saying.”

The 35-year-old former Highlands teacher’s aide briefly talked to reporters outside of district court, proclaiming her innocence.

“It’s outrageous,” Swogger said.

Teenage witnesses testified that they knew Swogger from school and that on a regular basis, during a two-month time, Swogger would drive a group of them around to drink beer and smoke marijuana that she paid for.

A 15-year-old boy testified that at a party at a teen friend’s house Swogger changed her jeans and shirt into a bra and underwear. He said that people were touching her everywhere and that he had sex with her that night.

The prosecution entered a topless photograph topless Swogger had taken at the party as evidence.

A 17-year-old boy also testified that he had an ongoing sexual relationship with Swogger. He claimed that she gave him money to buy crack, then rented a hotel room and partied with several teens, including two runaway girls. He said Swogger was touching the girl on the thigh; touching her inappropriately.

Swogger said, “They’re lying to save their butts from getting in trouble.”

Swogger’s 17-year-old son chose to be in the courtroom, listening to the testimony from former classmates.

Defense attorney Duke George said, “She genuinely loves her son. He loves her. It’s sad to see his mother in these circumstances.”

Swogger said, “I love them. I can't wait to be home with my children again.”

Swogger faces a number of charges, including corruption of minors, deviate involuntary sexual intercourse, furnishing liquor to minors and endangering the welfare of children.

Swogger remains in jail on $150,000 bond.

Oh yeah thats her alright. She was also caught in a hotel room with underage kids, booze and drugs while she was suppose to be on house arrest. :rolleyes:

Yep... she fell down while in a strange hotel room. Conked her head and saw those birdies swirling around.

In the midst of all that a bunch of hormonal high school boys rushed to her aid.. but not before removing her clothes and posing by her so they could all post it to their MySpaces.

Her lawyer bought it so the jury will too! Perfectly fits the picture...

Former Highlands Senior High School teacher's aide Abbie Jane Swogger appeared in an Allegheny County courtroom yesterday to plead guilty to drug and sex charges related to her partying with teenagers.

Ms. Swogger was sentenced to three to six years in state prison, to be followed by 36 years of probation.
