An inmate in Benton County filed a lawsuit (without a lawyer) claiming that he's lost about a half a pound a day since being incarcerated, and says the prison doesn't provide the inmates with enough food.

In fact, he's damn near wasting away ... he's gone from weighing 413 pounds eight months ago, to a mere 308 today.

I think it is about time to stop inmates from being able to file lawsuits of any kind, they are in prisons, they should loose all privileges once those cell doors close. They should be fed, clothed and housed, while working to help support the system they are in.
