Okay, okay...So, tell me, Rev - Is Austin's motto really "Keep Austin Weird"? If so, I may just have to visit that place, one day!
Welcome, darlin'. Hope you enjoy your stay. :)

its always nice to meet fellow music nerds! what do you play? oh god, when i was in high school i was the worst.. i would walk around with my nose in a music theory or orchestration book all the time and try to look really mysterious and arty. embarrassing!

Welcome! My daughter is a musician. It took me forever to figure out there was actually an instrument called the Baritone (just plain Baritone).

Welcome to the site, RevAnne! I love Austin.. my dad went to law school there, so we lived there for awhile when i was little. Later, it became my music town of choice. And this one time, there was an incident with my panties and the Capitol flagpole.... but anyway. Nice to have you here! :D

Welcome, RevAnne. Glad you decided to make the plunge and switch from lurking. It's sort of like going to a nude beach for the first time. Once you get your clothes off, it's not too bad...especially when you realize that there are others around you in much, much worse shape.

Hi, RevAnne I am also a newbie and citizen of the Music Capitol of the South....love this city. Mom of 2 beautiful boys 4yrs and 8months. Married and try to stay happy. Love being a stayhome mama after working the TV biz for 10yrs. This site, well, I wouldn't say it is a pleasure to read but very addictive. I must say it opened my eyes and took some of my innocence away in terms of the evil that lurks amongst us. Members to this site seem nice enough and a little rough around the eges...my kind of folks. Good to meet you all. This is silvahalo68:)
