LucasArts (http://www.lucasarts.com/) and TT Games (http://www.t-tales.com/) have announced LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. The Complete Saga enables you to play through the events of all six Star Wars movies in one videogame. Developer Traveller's Tales takes full advantage of the unique capabilities of all three next-generation consoles, while also adding new characters, new levels and new features. They are also creating an entirely new Nintendo DS version, developed from the ground up.

"As we usher in the next generation of videogame consoles, LucasArts is leading the way in family entertainment," said Jim Ward, president of LucasArts. "We're proud of the phenomenal success of LEGO Star Wars II and how it delivered all the fun, humor and action of the Original Trilogy to the entire family. Now, with The Complete Saga, we're excited to finally offer the entire saga playable in one package for the first time ever."

I love these games and have played them all on the PC. But a release of this for the 360 that has all the games plus additions is an easy buy for me and my son. If they actually integrate lightsaber battles with the Wii, then this may just be the game that has me buying that console.

I have both games for the Cube, and we all love them. It follows the story so well, and is so inventive that you get hooked quickly. I can't wait for the Wii version. It'll be a blast!

Yikes...I'm not a fan of sci-fi or gaming, but that'd be "wicked cool" if it weren't Lego. Still cool though...

I thought the same thing when my son picked out the first one at Target. I even said to him "Legos. Seriously, LEGOS?! That's going to SUCK. Get Thousand Year Door or something else. ANYTHING else." I begged. I pleaded. But it was his money, and that's what he wanted. I was pleasantly surprised. It's a great concept that was magnificently executed. We still play those games to this day, even on the Wii.

I have to agree, you should check them out. I thought the same thing about the game until the reviews started coming in. I got the game for my kid, but we both ended up playing the hell out of it. When the latest game came out, which detailed the first three movies, we couldn't wait to play it.

Luckily they delivered a game that was 10 times better than the first.
