Attorney General Tom Corbett said that Sandy Lee Daywalt allegedly used an Internet chat room to contact the agent March 3. At that time, the agent was using the online profile of a 14-year old girl.
According to the criminal complaint, Daywalt told the girl she was "hot," and asked if she would ever skip school to meet with an older man.
Corbett said that during a series of chats that followed, Daywalt allegedly discussed masturbation and other sexual activity with the girl, telling he would bring condoms and lubricant to their meeting. Daywalt also allegedly asked the girl if he could take nude photos of her with his cell phone. Daywalt was arrested last week when he arrived.
