A Lake Travis High School student is is being charged with improper photography after Travis County sheriff's deputies said they found almost 150 photos of females' bodies.

The charge is considered a state jail felony punishable by up to two years in prison.

Anthony Marco Gigliotti, 17, took photos of 39 different young women without their consent, deputies said.

Gigliotti reportedly told an assistant principal of Lake Travis High School that he took the photos because sex education was not sufficient to educate the students at the school.

A student reported Gigliotti on Jan. 6 after he photographed a girl from behind during class, according to deputies.http://www.fox10tv.com/dpps/news/offbeat/tx-teen-sex-ed-root-of-alleged-crime-_3216785

The Texas law is quoted in the article. Relevant portion is that he had to be taking the picture without their consent and doing it "with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person".

Harley - just like this kid, deny it's for arousal or gratification. Claim curiosity and educational purposes.

Reminder to self, when in Texas do not take random pictures at beach or lake the T&A will get you arrested and charged.
