NEW YORK (WBZ) ― Two men have been arrested for the murder of a young mother from Worcester County in New York City. One of them is the victim's former fiancé.

Chelsea Frazier, 18, of Southbridge was shot and killed in the Bronx Sunday afternoon. Her fiancé Carlos Cruz, 36, was wounded and their 14-month old son Alijah witnessed the attack.

Cruz and his cousin, Devon Miller, 25, of the Bronx, were charged with first-degree murder Tuesday.

Still, I always hold judgement when I see something like this. When I was younger, I was fucking a nice chic, but a chic who would be a terrible mother--and that was my mistake. Later, she said she was pregnant. I asked her, of course, if she would relinquish custody to me if that was the case---she was one of these ho-bags who used junk all the time, was too selfish to ever care for a child---but she said...no. She said she wanted custody because she was the woman.

Let me tell you, that thank God she wasnt ever pregnant, but if she was, I had actually hatched a plan to kill her after she gave birth. And to this day, it would've been the best thing for that child had she died. She wouldve ruined it's life. Ruined it.

Thank goodness none of that had to transpire, lol, but yeah....some people shouldnt be allowed to be parents. This instance, obviously, doesnt appear similar at all, but....

A man accused of hiring his cousin to kill his girlfriend in front of their toddler son said he did it for love of the boy, according to a videotaped confession played in court yesterday.

Carlos Cruz, 36, of Southbridge, Mass., said he set up the fatal April 2008 shooting of Chelsea Frazier, 18, in The Bronx because she was limiting his contact with the boy.

"I was just doing it for love, for my kid," Cruz confessed.

Prosecutors say Cruz hired Devon Miller to kill Frazier, and then shoot Cruz as they sat in a parked car to make it look like a robbery. Their son, who was also inside the car, was not hurt.
